The breakfast was great, the wellness facility was excellent, the waiters were very friendly, and the location is top. We stayed in the side building, which is a bit older. The floor creaked a bit, the double bed had two mattresses with a split in the middle.

Everything was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly comfortable—almost like home. We especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive staff and waiters. You really feel welcomed and notice that a lot of heart goes into the work here. 🥹 The rooms were beautiful and impeccably maintained. The pool and sauna area were dreamy, and the view was indescribably beautiful. Everything was just right, and we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. It’s a place to relax, unwind, and let your soul drift! There is absolutely nothing to criticize. For us everything was flawless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The dining room and meals were adequate. The pool was stunning, clean, and had a very impressive view. The staff at the dining room (Mitar) was polite and helpful. The parking is not close to the hotel. We received a very old room with cracked tiles, a cigarette smell, a creaky bed, a broken sofa, and outdated furniture. The hotel is very confusing (like a maze). We complained at reception about the room and were told we could only change rooms for an additional fee. We were very disappointed and did not get full value for the price we paid. We do not recommend staying here.

The spa facilities were wonderful, modern yet classic. The surroundings were beautiful and the restaurant staff were friendly. We were quite disappointed when we had to call the receptionist a second time to arrange a room change because the room was 17 °C instead of warm when we arrived. It was night, and the explanation “the technician is unfortunately not here tonight” was a shock for a 4‑star hotel of this caliber… After calling again and insisting, they were able to help us.
