It was nice, quiet, and clean overall. The AC unit in the 2nd‑floor hallway of the Co Stanton building made a noise that became annoying after a while, and I found a roach on the floor during my first night.

The whole place reeks of cigarette and dog odor, especially in the halls and rooms. The staff should clean the property better.

The coffee was decent, but the staff were rude and lied about us being kicked out when we were not. I am demanding a full refund because we lost a place to stay because of their lies.

They refused to rebook my room based on the manager said I was rude? And she blacklisted me so I cannot book at any hotel in there chain. I want a full refund!!! She sounded so crazy!. Coffee place was ok staff needs to be replaced
