The silence and the pool—though it’s freezing in September—are nice, and the Istrian valley towns are close; the bedding is great. The AC is hard to adjust, there’s no breakfast, and the address given is not recommended—better to head to Martina Franca for a proper breakfast.

The online photos don’t match what you get: no dining room, no breakfast, and the exterior is very different from what’s shown.

The property is well kept and in a good spot, though it no longer operates as a B&B. We stayed four nights and each morning walked about 3 km around a nice loop to have breakfast at Angelini’s café. 😀

The location, the outdoor area, and the pool are positives. I asked for a iron and it was left in my room, and there are coffee pods. The room facilities don’t match the exterior and pool: the mattress is uncomfortable, the room smells, there were no plates, a plug at the foot of the bed, a fridge and AC (without remote) are very noisy, and rooms aren’t cleaned daily.
