The spot in Mirissa is perfect—close to the beach and a short walk to nice cafés. The bed was really comfy, the A/C worked well, and the shower was amazing.

The location is slightly tucked away from the main road, so it was very quiet at night. From the main road you can immediately find an ATM, a commercial area with free travel‑blog fees, and a people’s market. Nearby you’ll find a hospital, a small supermarket, a larger pharmacy‑supermarket if you walk a bit, a bus stop, and the beach is just a 7‑minute walk—far closer than expected! Over the two nights I spent the beach every day. The room was spacious, clean overall, and the bed was big enough to roll around comfortably. The floor was not sticky, and the A/C was powerful; turning it on slightly in the afternoon kept the room at a good temperature even after sleeping. A multi‑adapter was already in the room, which was handy. They also arranged a good snorkeling tour and explained the schedule nicely. Tilly speaks Korean very well, so if you have any questions you can ask her in Korean, and she helped with checkout and other conveniences. Above all, the value for money is great, so I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Sri Lanka. Highly recommended.

The location is good, and the host is friendly and helpful. There is no trash bin, and the mattress is very uncomfortable.
