We enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel; the whole team was friendly, helpful, and especially accommodating to children. The location is pleasant because the city centre is easily reachable. Breakfast was excellent and varied, and our room was clean and well maintained. Although the room we originally booked was a bit small, the staff went out of their way to give us a better room at no extra cost, which we found very considerate and generous. A special thank you to Omar for organizing our tours; he put in a lot of effort and arranged great excursions, and we were very satisfied with his support. Thanks to the entire team for the friendly service and enjoyable time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The staff, especially Muhammad and Omar, are very good people—pleasant and friendly—and always help with everything. The WiFi was lacking.

La terrasse avec la vue sur les pyramides et le soir avec le coucher de soleil magnifique. Le personnel très accueillant,sympathique et serviable. Les boissons pas assez fraîches . 1 peu bruyant le soir,mais nous sommes tombé en plein pendant la fête l’Aïd
