I liked the location, the quick help from the host when I had trouble accessing the apartment, the spacious and clean room. Everything was as advertised.

Very well situated in the city centre, everything within walking distance. Check‑in and check‑out were very easy. The toilet in the bathroom isn’t the most accessible.

The room was very clean, the cleaning staff were nice, friendly, and did a wonderful job keeping the place tidy. Communication with the online contact was terrible; they sounded rude, and the building access doesn’t work—you have to open a link to the main entrance that fails. Other than that it’s a comfortable place, super close to everything. We had a great stay. Initial entry to the building was frustrating, a bit noisy at night, so keep the windows shut.

I booked a triple with a private bathroom, and the room was huge with a comfortable bed and the ability to connect the TV to my own streaming services. The location was perfect, making it one of the best value stays in Siena. The only downside was that before I could pick up the keys, I was given a link to open the downstairs gate, which unfortunately didn’t always work because the position calculation was inaccurate.
