The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, which was a welcome relief after a long trip.
The staff were super friendly and the room was spotless, which made up for the old heating system that had a lot of rust on it.
The breakfast was just okay, nothing special, but the cleanliness of the room made up for it to some extent.

“Prima accomodatie.”
The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the hotel’s small size is a plus. The only downside was the parking lot, which had many holes and was poorly maintained.
The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the terrace generous. Breakfast was good, though it could use more fresh juice. The location might be tricky, with significant ramps.
I liked the setting of the accommodation, quiet in the heights yet very close to the airport. The room’s terrace offered a beautiful view, and the town where Quinta is located is a great starting point for exploring the island’s east. Breakfast could be better; the coffee is excellent, but the charcuterie and cheeses on the buffet are not very good, which is a shame! Sweet options are also missing.
“Un soggiorno molto piacevole, in una struttura accogliente e tranquilla, con uno staff davvero disponibile e attento: ci”
We really enjoyed the property and our stay; we slept soundly and the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs, always ready to fulfill our requests. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only challenge was the location, especially since we’re not used to driving on mountain roads; on Madeira, reaching the hotel sometimes involved narrow, steep, and difficult-to-drive streets, something to keep in mind for those unfamiliar with such terrain.
“Magnifique maison et jardin, chambres normales, mais nourriture qui laisse à désirer.”
The site is gorgeous and the gardens are stunning. The rooms are mediocre and the food is poor.
