“It was a nightmare.”
The hotel looks new and the website photos are lovely, but in the first room the toilet lid was off the back and there was feces inside; we had to request towels and the non‑smoking room still smelled of smoke. In room #2, brown stains were on the sheets, a bunched‑up washcloth lay in the shower, dirty dishes sat in the dishwasher, and a strong air freshener tried to mask the smoke smell. The chair was falling apart. In the third room, the floor was sticky and it smelled like smoke. As a woman, I never received an apology, though my husband did.
