The room is climate‑controlled with air conditioning and offers free Wi‑Fi. It provides three single beds for three guests, set among wooden furnishings and tiled flooring. A private bathroom is included for guest use.
The staff were incredibly friendly and the cleanliness was excellent.

It’s suitable for families and the location is convenient, bringing together many cities like Como, Lecco, and Erba.
The hotel is very comfortable, the host is very welcoming, the breakfast is excellent, and the parking is secure; I recommend it 100%.
This place offers good value for money and provides a dignified, functional setup for a business trip; I'll keep it in mind for future visits. I wish the printer had been fixed next time so I could get a copy of the invoice, but receiving it by email, as I had repeatedly requested, would have sufficed.
