The welcome, location and comfort were strong points, and I also enjoyed a nice view from my window; the cleaning could be a bit better, but the bed was spotless.

Walls and ceilings had damp and mold stains that were harmful to health, the reservation was not used, they didn’t offer another room or refund the amount paid.

The spot in Porto is unbeatable—everything you need is within walking distance and the price is solid. The room was clean and comfy, so I’d definitely return. The bathroom hairdryer was broken, and the AC was a bit weak, but the nights were cool enough. Getting to the rooms requires climbing a big spiral staircase, which was fine for me, but if you’re lugging a lot of luggage or not great with stairs, you might want to look elsewhere.
