After over two months traveling in Sri Lanka, this was the best place we stayed; Rohan and Piumi were delightful hosts who made us feel very welcome. The rooms were spotless, large, and very comfortable, overlooking a garden and the pool, and close to Hikka restaurants, the beach, and supermarkets. We took a cooking class with Piumi, had a blast, and enjoyed the food—definitely coming back!

The room was comfy and the bathroom spotless, with a fridge and a great pool; the staff were friendly and the place was well‑located near shops and the sea, offering good value. However, we were disturbed by train noise 2–3 times during the night, making it hard to sleep.

The mini‑hotel was wonderful with amazing rooms and a great pool, very clean, modern, and the hosts were fantastic. They offered excellent breakfasts in the morning and we left very satisfied with our child; we will return if possible. No drawbacks.
