Space and ergonomics of the house: The building is incredibly spacious, and thanks to careful layout, no one disturbed anyone else—adults could relax and chat, while the kids had their own play area. Bedrooms and soundproofing: Comfortable mattresses, high‑quality fresh linens, and good sound insulation between rooms, which is especially important when five active kids are around. 🍳 2. Cleanliness and equipment (extra plus!): Kitchen: The set of dishes and appliances is a 10 out of 10—everything needed for cooking for a large group, from appropriately sized pots to small kitchen gadgets. The dishwasher added a positive touch to our stay. Cleanliness: The estate shines! No dust, perfectly washed plumbing, no odd smells. Communications: Hot water runs smoothly, good pressure. 🌳 3. Outdoor area and child safety: Courtyard: Well‑maintained, green and enclosed, giving a full sense of safety. Children played outdoors for hours under supervision, but without constant parental oversight. Rest area: A cozy gazebo and a well‑furnished grill made evenings outdoors a separate pleasure of our holiday. Parking: Convenient and safe entry for two cars. 🤝 4.
