The photos on the site didn’t match the place, a live cockroach was found, and food from previous guests was scattered across the floors.

The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, yet the towels didn’t look washed.

The staff were very friendly, 10 out of 10, but there was no shampoo or hair dryer, the towels were full of lint that left hair on your body, the sheets didn’t look clean, and the floor was very dirty—my daughters walked around in socks that turned black.
