The location was acceptable, but the room was poorly maintained: the sheets were dirty and stained, the bathroom had hard‑water scale and a badly kept toilet, there was no hot water, towels were missing, and the AC remote was non‑functional. The overall experience was very bad, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

1. room size is good 2. location is good as nearby many shopping centers and restaurants. 1. bedsheets,towels and pillow covers were too dirty and not washed properly. those may be being used for a long time. its time to change them 2.No bathoorm floor mattresses 3. They have not changed the bedsheets/pillow covers everyday which was expected

The rooms were unclean, with bedsheets in terrible condition and visible stains and permanent marks. I cancelled my booking immediately, but the hotel refused to refund the cash payment I had made. I am completely disappointed with this hotel.

The location was good, but the maintenance was poor: bathrooms were untidy, bedsheets were shabby, and breakfast was not provided even though I booked a room with complementary breakfast. This place feels more like a lodge than a hotel, and it did not match the pictures; I was misled by the listing.
