“We would stay there again. The bed was very comfortable.”

The courtyard was gorgeous, and the bar area felt cozy with pleasant bartenders. However, the outdoor verandas needed repairs, cleaning, and updating.

“Very relaxing, comfortable stay.”

I was disappointed that the jacuzzi/hot tub was broken, which was a major draw for me. Still, I was thrilled with the size of the tub in my room.

Convenient, tidy, and spacious, the complex had excellent rooms. As a 66‑year‑old with walking difficulties and my 73‑year‑old wife, we found the lifts oddly placed, requiring long walks with suitcases; we only realized this upon reaching our room, so use the trolleys and ask for a room near the elevator.

I stayed here while picking up my daughter from university. The hotel itself was nice, but the staff’s service was subpar; perhaps because we’re Latino, their attitude felt off and made us uneasy. The front‑desk person was unfriendly and very curt when we arrived.

Location and staff were very nice and helpful even though they were very busy. The rooms are a good size, but the whole hotel is looking "tired." Carpet in room and hallways is very worn. The tub was a garden tub, difficult to get in and out of for shower. You need to clean outside of the hotel, lots of dirt and mold
