The location was great and the facilities were clean; the rooms were spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens, and the booking airport transfer was helpful. I had an early flight and was leaving the hotel at 1am the next day, so it was annoying to get a phone call from the restaurant at 20.15 asking if I was going to dinner while I was sleeping.

There was nothing to note positively; everything was substandard.

Breakfast was excellent and we had multiple options and all the dishes that we tried were soo good. Especially the bakery items. One suggestion from our end is the resort should also consider arranging the buffet dinner. 1. To provide more attractive events especially when staying on the long weekend. 2. Ensure the access cards are working perfectly. We had a bad experience in struggling to go back to room after dinner, there was a issue with the access card

Everything else was fine, and the beach was lovely. The mattress, however, was old and not firm.
