The staff were courteous and helpful, the location was great, and the cleanliness was good. The room lacked a desk for working on a computer and there was no hanger in the bathroom.

The location was close to the city center and the breakfast was fairly complete. They switched us to a different hotel even though we had booked a sea‑front room at Little and were told it was an upgrade, but the Record hotel was cheaper on Booking. The staff didn’t respond to me and directed us to Record. Breakfast was only at Little, so you can imagine the chaos in the breakfast area with guests from both hotels. I think the Little staff could have communicated these arrangements to customers who booked. The constant advertising and offers are fine, but not mentioning these inconveniences is not. We would have definitely chosen somewhere else.

The food was very good, served buffet style. The hallway and room had a strong bleach smell; after pointing it out the first night we were moved to the hotel across the street, but we had to return to the original room for the rest of the stay. The staff sprayed a lot of fragrance on the second day, which made it even worse. They later removed the curtain from the room and never put it back. We had to cut our stay short a day early because the bleach irritated our throats. The shower was 60x60 cm, too small to move around in.
