Thanks for a great stay. The hotel was tidy, clean, and in a quiet spot. The hostess was very pleasant and always quick to answer any questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the fruit in the room and the chance to have fresh orange juice every day. All the personal hygiene supplies I needed were available at the hotel. Thanks, Annalisa—I’ll recommend this place to friends who want to stay here.

The property was perfectly located for me on a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops in one direction, and 20 minutes walk from the Rimini old town in another. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the facilities in the property were plentiful. What made our stay special was our host, Annalisa, who was welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. There was nothing not to like.

A wonderful place to stay! Zuara9Room impressed me with its spotlessness and serene atmosphere. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of the coast. A huge plus is their daily offer of fresh fruit, coffee, and a fresh juicer. It was actually the first time I saw an accommodation offering such a wide range of complimentary hygiene products—from cotton swabs and wet wipes to all the daily essential toiletries you could possibly need. It’s honestly very hard to find any real negatives for this type of bed and breakfast accommodation. Rather than complaints, I only have a small recommendation: offering a variety of pillows (e.g., different sizes, soft, or firm) would make the stay even more comfortable.

The location was ideal. Close to the shops, boulevard, restaurants and the beach. The host was very friendly and very helpful! The air‑conditioning in the room was wonderful and quiet. You can use the terrace above and there is fresh fruit everywhere. Free parking. Actually nothing except that we booked the room with the private bathroom right next to the corner when we came out of the room. That’s a bit inconvenient because it was on the shared corridor.
