I recently had a disappointing experience at a hotel where the staff refused to honor our booking, which was made through an online platform. The lack of accommodation was quite frustrating, and it would have been helpful if they could have provided a clear explanation for their decision. Unfortunately, this incident left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the hotel's reliability. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with the service we received.

My stay at this hotel had its share of both positive and negative experiences. One of the highlights was its convenient location near a railway station, which made it easy for me to travel. The staff were also very cooperative and supportive, which made a big difference in my stay. However, there were a few issues that I encountered, such as the use of plastic bottles for water and the absence of a water boiling kettle in the room.
