Good breakfast, good mattresses, friendly staff, but the rooms are dull with dark colours, just walls, and the toilet and bathroom are far away and need to be used multiple times.

A great value for Copenhagen, the hotel sits right behind the station, which is super convenient for trips to Tivoli or the airport; the neighborhood feels friendly and is close to tourist spots. The room was comfortable, with a private bathroom that was spacious and practical for our needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2‑star rating. The staff were very friendly, and cleanliness was acceptable. I’m satisfied overall and would return without hesitation. On the downside, the two single beds were a bit narrow but still comfortable. The private bathroom had a shower curtain, which sometimes caused water to splash into the room. We stayed in room 4 on the ground floor, right next to a door that opened onto the inner courtyard, which rattled loudly at all hours of the day and night, and a few guests spoke loudly in the hallways.
