There was no fridge, no lift, the staff were gloomy, there was no kettle, and no coffee.

Do not rent rooms there; we arrived late at night and they told me they couldn’t find my reservation and gave the room to someone else.

Quiet. Calm. The staff are customer‑oriented and listen to what you say. All good.
