I decided to cancel my stay after the owner messaged me on WhatsApp, saying the parking that was advertised as a free add‑on was actually street parking that required payment from 9.00 am, and that check‑out could be later but only at the owner's discretion. Finding parking near the university in the city centre is almost impossible, and people who rent cars from a rental agency and look for free parking expect to get what they paid for.

The mattress was subpar, only 12 cm thick, and I stayed there for work, hoping to get a good rest, but I slept nothing and even got a backache. The pillows were thin to the point of almost non‑existent, as if they still had cellophane inside. Instead of a comforter, the bed had multiple layers of blankets with a decorative cover, but it was far from comfortable. If I were the manager, I’d invest more in these basics, since they’re essential for sleep.

The view of the city rooftops from the kitchen is great, but having to climb so many stairs is a problem for someone of my age.
