La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

“Don’t bother unless you are nasty!!!”

Only the location!!! Everything!!! This place breeds to be fumigated for bed bugs!!! When I entered the room it was trash on the floor right at the door, dead bed bugs on the floor!! I turned right, went to the office, canceled my stay, and went to the SPARK GIRL BY HILTON! I know someone who stayed there that got bitten by the bed bugs!!! Just a nasty place… Waiting on my refund!!!

“The room needs a upgrade and needs a deep cleaning , no coffee, no cups , no blankets, no shelves for the toilet”

The place was just a decent spot to stay, but the room was a mess: dusty, two beds with only one blanket, AC dead, a crack in the wall, cobwebs everywhere, a broken bed that slid, a busted luggage rack, a broken toilet seat, no coffee, cups, soap, or shampoo, and no privacy. I had to take photos to prove it wasn’t clean, and the front desk walked by without noticing.

Nothing was cleaned, the walls were peeling, the bathroom tub was clogged, there was no soap, and the locks were non‑functioning.

The room was a nightmare: full of holes and bugs, cigarette‑burned sheets with holes, mold on the restroom floor, and a broken AC unit that let you see outside.

“Only slept there’s even the breakfast offering was poor with no fresh fruit”

The hotel sits close to Lackland Air Force Base, but it falls short of the La Quinta standard I’ve seen elsewhere. The rooms were clean enough, though newer flooring still had paint spots and the overall attention to detail was lacking. When I asked about a remodel, the front desk clerk said no. The beds were comfy, and the sheets were nice, clean, and crisp.
