The location suited our needs, but getting in and out was difficult because of police activity. I was surprised to find ear plugs by the bed, only to realize a train passed nearby loudly even in the middle of the night. The arrangement to get from the parking garage to the lobby was odd—had to contact the desk several times to get the door opened. On the day we left, the elevator to the garage wasn’t working, so we had to lug our bags up to our car.

The location near concert venues was great, the breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant was very good, the room was quiet, and parking was convenient.

The location couldn't be better. During our stay, a couple walked into our room with a key, which was a big scare. I’ve never experienced this in any hotel, not even the cheapest ones. The privacy and safety issue was intolerable. There was no team lead or manager to speak to, and we were told the front desk lead would call us Saturday when he came in for his shift, but it’s been five days and we haven’t been contacted in any way, no apology or compensation.

Everything was spotless and orderly, and the service was good, but the rooms next to mine were noisy.

The place felt newly upgraded and the location was perfect for our needs, but I never got the room I paid for and they never told me it had been changed. Only one person handled check‑ins while a concert was happening across the street and a wedding was taking place on site, so we had to leave and return to check in after our concert. The staff was again short‑staffed, and the employee seemed more concerned about what others were doing than actually checking people in. She sent several messages before checking us in and received no reply. We definitely won’t stay here again.
