The hotel was very spacious and pleasant, the staff were smiling and treated us well. The rooms were quite large. The room for the three of us was very cramped, and the showers were difficult to operate.

The rooms are large and clean, the king‑size bed is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent—no noise at all. The breakfast buffet is very complete and served over a long time slot. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and being able to leave luggage after checkout is a real plus. The location is ideal, between two metro stations 5 minutes on foot (Holborn and Tottenham Court) and right across from a bus stop. Only one of the two elevators was working, causing waits especially at breakfast time. A luggage rack was missing, so we had to leave our suitcase open on the floor. Not all rooms have USB outlets; mine didn’t, while a friend’s room had several.
The room was clean and nice, the staff friendly and all‑round breakfast service, check‑in staff were friendly but not overly so, central location. The hotel room could have had a sofa and a small table; there is room for that.

The big bed, friendly staff, tea facilities, TV selection, and heating were all great. The shower toggle in room 510 was really stiff, and the room got quite cold at night when the heating was off. It would be nice if the bathroom window could be opened.

Great location for Covent Garden, Regent Street and the theatre area. We walked easily from the hotel to the London Eye and covered the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable with nice beds and bedding and very quiet and dark at night. Breakfast buffet had good choices. Staff cleaned tables and replenished buffet items regularly. The reception area locked in the evening and all staff we met were helpful and pleasant. The shower head in our room was not fitted properly and sprayed water in all directions, making the bathroom floor very wet and wetting our hair.
