The facilities are really good and have great potential to be a perfect place with good maintenance and some decoration. I booked a room and was given a different one that was in poor condition, especially the bathroom. I spoke with the staff and told them it wasn’t the room I had booked; they replied it was broken, but if that was the case they should have warned me beforehand. We did change rooms later, but it still wasn’t what we had reserved.

The pool and garden are amazing, very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after trekking. The room was small and the bathroom was also small, although clean, it had a pipe smell.

Nothing. The hotel was terrible, very dirty, with unfriendly and rude staff. We left and the staff saw us but didn’t say goodbye. There was a broken mirror in the room.

The spot was great, the pool was spotless, staff were super helpful, and the peace was amazing given the location; the safari they ran for us was also nice, and breakfast was fantastic. The only downside was that one of the two beds, the smaller one, felt a bit uncomfortable but nothing major.
