I really enjoyed the service, the hotel’s facilities, the warm welcome, the location, and the breakfast was perfect. Nothing else was lacking—everything was flawless!

The room was on the basement floor—absolutely awful, very damp and stuffy. Ventilation was terrible, and we slept like in a sauna, barely able to breathe.

“Le séjour a été décevant.”

The breakfast was good and the housekeeping cleaned the room daily. We chose this hotel for its spa, but a technical issue kept it closed during our stay. We were transferred to another hotel of the same standard, yet the spa’s hammam stayed shut and the pool wasn’t heated. The room was small, and overall we were very disappointed. The building is old and needs a refresh.

This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve five stars—at best three. It’s worn out and poorly organized, with bad air quality in both rooms and the lobby. The AC didn’t work anywhere, and even after telling them several days about it, they only gave us a fan that just blew around the heat. Keep in mind it was October (not even high summer). I can’t recommend it at all.
