The hotel itself is spotless and the views are unique, with an incredible infinity pool. However, everything else falls short: an iced latte costs €14 and tastes bad, every breakfast order is wrong in some way—on the first morning we waited over 30 minutes for our breakfast, it was forgotten, and when it finally arrived it was lukewarm; the berries had cobwebs on the stalks and the coffee mug was filthy. The place feels like a Dubai‑style façade of luxury, designed to squeeze money out of customers with outrageous prices—cocktails start at €24. As other reviewers warn, double‑check your invoices. At checkout we were hit with a €125 minibar charge after only drinking two beers (€7 each) during our stay.
