Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The room was pretty new, looks like they just renovated it. That's the good part. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit inexperienced, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's a shame they didn't match the quality of the room.
