The food was very good and lovingly prepared, but the service in the restaurant was poor; the hotel was a one‑way hotel, had a tiny lawn, an improvised kids’ program, and a fake lake.

The food was excellent, really top class, but the location was on a bit of an industrial estate.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers many activities for children, which made the experience especially enjoyable for families. The kids always had something to do and really enjoyed the facilities and activities. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality throughout our stay. One thing we found disappointing was that the bicycles are available only for an additional charge. At a hotel of this level, we felt that bike rental could have been included or offered complimentary for a certain amount of time. We also found the spa opening hours a little limited and would have appreciated longer hours, especially in the evening
