A shared kitchen, lounge with TV and computer, and free laundry enhance comfort. Situated 500 m from Jongno 3‑Ga (Line 5) and Anguk (Line 3) stations, it’s under ten minutes to Insadong Cultural Street.

The place is spot‑on, just a hop from the 6011 bus stop to the airport, Hanbok rental shops and palaces, making it great for a short stay. There’s a table, a chair and a fridge, and the space under the bed is high enough for a big suitcase. The air feels fresh. The only downside is there’s no elevator, and the twin‑bed rooms can vary in size – some are fine, others are quite small, and none have a wardrobe.

The hotel’s location is solid and the staff are friendly and attentive. The room is air‑conditioned. The mattresses were thin and firm, which really hurt my back. The room with bunk beds was cramped for two, but given the price it was still acceptable.

It takes four stops from Seoul Station and the Gwangjang Market area is within walking distance, so even if you stay out late you can walk back. For those who want to drink in the Gwangjang 3‑street, this location is superb. The staff were also polite and helpful via email, which was a big help.

The location is really excellent, close to all the tourist spots you’d want in Seoul, everything is within walking distance and easy to reach. The value for money is top‑tier, with a spacious room that’s comfortable to stay in. The facility has everything you’ll need, a kitchen area to cook and heat meals, a laundry area and an iron. The lack of an elevator is the main drawback for travelers with large suitcases. Cleanliness could use a bit more work; there were stray hairs in some areas, especially under the fridge. The bedding and pillows could be upgraded for more comfort, though they’re adequate for basic needs. The door lock can be tricky and sometimes won’t lock immediately, so you’ll have to double‑check it. The hallway on our floor had a cigarette smell even though the place is non‑smoking; it’s unclear if this was another guest’s fault, but better enforcement of the non‑smoking policy would help.
