“Общага в мире зелени”
The surrounding area is lush with greenery, and the road to the sea goes through tropical foliage. However, this place is not a hotel or inn, but expensive short‑term rental apartments. It reminded me of a student dorm or a domestic coast. Expect a self‑service setup: you’re responsible for room cleaning, towel changes, trash disposal, and even toilet paper and laundry. Internet is nonexistent; you can’t get online in the apartment. The pleasant location suffers from neighbors’ burning grass, which drifts into your room, so you’ll be breathing smoke for two days straight and remembering life on a dacha. For breakfast, bring your own food because the sandwich with sausage and cheese gets boring after a few days. There’s an optional pasta with sausage if you ask the host, but it’s better not to pay for breakfast and avoid the student‑style sandwich illusion. If your child eats sausage sandwiches in the morning, you won’t notice. Very small children will need to bring their own food. There are no fruit, dairy, or even eggs; the “continental” breakfast is a misnomer. There’s no reception; the owners live in a similar apartment next to yours. Check‑in and check‑out depend on luck in finding the host. Additional payments or cancellations may occur upon arrival. Without bargaining skills, it’s not worth arguing. The owners smoke, and the smoke drifts into guests’ apartments daily, so you’ll find yourself with smoky clothes and bedding at night. Unfortunately, this ruins the impression of the intended seaside healing environment, and the price‑quality ratio is severely compromised.
