I couldn’t get into the apartment at all. I tried calling, texting, and emailing the owner repeatedly but received no response, so I was left standing outside the accommodation alone in an area that didn’t feel safe. I also tried calling the staff but they didn’t answer. It was the worst experience of my life. Do not book this and stay away from this website entirely. They also refuse to refund me and the customer service is terrible.

The place was filthy, with poop all over the window and curtain. The owner didn’t take responsibility and admitted it was a disgusting place to stay. They wouldn’t give a refund.

The location was good, the kitchen was well equipped, the shared bathroom was relatively clean, and the self‑check‑in worked. The staff were unreachable, didn’t answer any questions, everything was old and worn out, the TV didn’t work, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel’s proximity to the bus stop was convenient, the beds were comfortable and the place felt peaceful, though the stairs to the lower floor were steep and a bit of a struggle with my suitcase; otherwise it was fine.

I never got any instructions on how to reach my room, no one was on the premises when I arrived, and the phone number went straight to voicemail; I had to book another hotel at the last minute, but the refund was processed and I received the difference a fortnight later.
