The staff cared about guests (water in the fridge and coffee pods), the location was near the main street and not too far from the station. The bathroom door key was faulty.

The room was spotless, spacious, quiet, and well lit. I’m not thrilled about not interacting with anyone in person; it feels sterile, though I understand that’s pretty common these days.

The building is new and has all the comforts. On arrival, I didn’t smell cleanliness; instead, I smelled cigarettes. The single bed sheets had hair on them, and the double had a small blood‑like stain. Dust was on the light switch plates, the toilet paper was already used, and the sheets were cardboard. The manager was a friendly person who welcomed guests with small treats like coffee pods and water in the fridge. I suggest Mr. Francesco supervise the cleaning staff. Reading last year’s reviews, the same problems were noted.
