The food in general was excellent and the staff service was super good, but the access road needs improvement so it doesn’t cause inconvenience; this could be a reason why many people avoid the hotel.

The service was excellent, the pool and the beach were spectacular, and the food was delicious; I loved that there was no television. The Wi‑Fi signal never worked for me.

The food was decent but a glass of wine was overpriced. There were too many issues to list. The location is beautiful, but the road to get there is almost impassable unless you have a 4WD or (mini)SUV; the website says nothing about that. They aim for “Tranquility” but with a DJ until 2100 you can’t relax. Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all in the room, they said it was “sometimes a bit unstable.” The rooms were small, there were no water bottles, there was a kettle but no tea or coffee accessories. There were no glasses in the bathroom, no spare toilet paper. The food was good, but cocktails were cheaper than a glass of wine!? Reception was barely reachable. This is at most 3 *, certainly not 5 * and not luxury. Very disappointing, so I left earlier than planned.
