The hotel is well situated, just a short walk from Saldanha metro station and a few minutes from the main tourist spots, and the area has many restaurants and bars. The beds are especially comfortable and the nights are quiet. Breakfast was superb, offering a wide range of fresh and tasty items. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. The garden and pool are limited, and it feels more like a 4‑star than a 5‑star hotel.

I would give it an 11/10 if I could. It’s an exceptional place, thanks to the small details that set it apart from most hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and clean, the food is fantastic, and the metro is nearby. I’ll return!

The staff were really nice. The room had no window, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic, and I couldn’t get rid of the smell of cleaning chemicals – it felt like I was bathing in them.
