The location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of our host, who let us leave our luggage for a final comfortable visit, were all good. It was slightly noisy because of the street.

Getting to Venice from the train station was brilliant, and catching local buses or walking was very easy. One night, some guests in an adjacent room either checked in or out around 5 am, were very noisy, and woke me up, but this only happened on one of my three nights there.

It was close to the stations. The hygiene and the mattress were poor. In these apartments you really just go to sleep and expect to rest well for the next day’s hikes. Lying in bed, looking at the ceiling full of cobwebs does not improve the stay.
