The reception staff were welcoming, excellent. You can have a coffee or tea. Our room was on the 17th floor, with spectacular views, a very well‑spaced layout, and a large bathroom. Everything was very clean.

Convenient location to the Nakasendo trail. No other comments.

Clean, close to the station, very convenient. The 10 am check‑out time felt a bit early; 11 am would be more reasonable.
