The food was tasty and all the staff were kind. There was nothing else to complain about and I had a comfortable stay, though the bad weather meant I missed the chance to look at the night sky through the telescope.

The location was superb, the food was outstanding, the staff were wonderful, and the room was excellent – honestly, it was so good I barely want to brag about it, and the pool made my grandchildren very happy. I’ll definitely be back.
Convenient access to the calm, beautiful beach, but the laundry facilities were far from my room and there were only a few machines, so I had to make multiple trips back and forth.

The rooms felt spacious and airy, and every staff member – from the front desk to the dining area – was great; housekeeping responded promptly when I asked for something, which helped a lot. I was able to relax fully and was very satisfied, and the meals were generous enough that my son was thrilled, especially enjoying the local Ise cuisine. The only issue was the distance to the bath in the large building – just walking in slippers caused my shoes to rub, which could be tough for older guests, and although there were enough towels for the occupants, there were no hand towels in the washroom, so I had to use my own, which felt odd after it got wet in the bath.

Traveling with a small child, we appreciated that the hotel was surrounded by the sea, a pool, and an observatory, so we could stay put and relax, and even finding a crab in the room added a touch of nature and the extraordinary. The only drawbacks were the building’s age – the sagging sofa and the wooden balcony railings were disappointing – and, despite the room being non‑smoking, there was a faint tobacco smell. Also, during our two‑night stay the buffet was almost identical on both days, which left the meals feeling a bit repetitive.
