The dinner was very good, especially the weekend one. The pools are decent and clean. The restaurant has a beautiful view, but the rush to clear the used dishes by the waitresses is annoying. The reception could have been better, lacking empathy for interior and veteran users.

Rooms were comfy with everything needed, the pools were gorgeous, the food was good, and the service was excellent! The only downside was the distance.

The nostalgia night was beautiful, the dinner was tasty and the music was great. This is my second visit and I’ll definitely come back when I can.

The rooms were spacious and the food was fine. The water wasn’t salty or thermal, and the pools were treated with chlorine—an absolute disaster. The smell lingered everywhere, so I stuck to the club. I hate chlorine. Even the public thermal baths in Salto don’t use chlorine because the water circulates; these thermal waters are a total sham. Only the small closed Spa pool seemed to be pure thermal water. They should use salt, a newer, healthier, and more pleasant technology that fits the resort’s thermal profile. Another issue: the bathroom had an unbearable cigarette smell that came through the ventilation outlet. After showering, the towels still carried the cigarette odor, which was unpleasant. They need to address this more seriously and ban smoking inside the hotel.
