The facility is beautiful, very well managed and in a great location with spectacular views. All staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. The surrounding gardens offer peaceful space to relax in. Restaurant food was great and service provided by Nemi Chand very good. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Thanks to all for a memorable stay

The hotel’s location is a bit off‑city but peaceful. The pool is very pleasant, especially on hot days. The room comes with a balcony and a superb view. Nothing to complain about; everything was great. One could nitpick about extra charges for coffee, but here black coffee isn’t usually included with breakfast.

The pool area is lovely, shaded pleasantly by frangipani trees. Breakfast turned out surprisingly good. The view of the mountains, town, and lake is impressive. The bathroom was a problem: the shower leaked onto the floor, creating a hazardous situation, and there was noticeable mold in the shower recess. Toilet paper was scarce, and the safe wasn’t secured—having a safe that can be walked out of the room defeats its purpose.

The hotel is well renovated and sits on a hill with a nice city panorama and well‑maintained gardens and pool. Inside, the rooms are spacious, quiet, large, and clean. The staff are very knowledgeable and quick to meet our requests. Breakfast is abundant, varied, and good quality. We dined on good vegetarian dishes for dinner. A small criticism: it’s a 15‑minute walk to the center on a road without sidewalks and partly unpaved, so a tuk‑tuk or taxi is recommended, especially at night. Even though the facilities were clean, the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor.

The view from the hotel is indeed lovely, and the staff were friendly. The shower had issues with hot water—sometimes it was cold, other times boiling hot. Overall, the bathroom and pool didn’t feel clean to our standards, and the place seemed to lack the expected spirit.
