I liked the bathroom, the mini‑fridge, and the TV. I think the front desk should have two people to help the gentleman who attended us. The air‑conditioner in the room was leaking water on the wall, my towel had a broom hair, there was no basic toiletries kit, and the mattresses felt like the ones I used at my uncle’s house in the countryside, so my back was bent in the morning but you could still sleep somewhat. Having stayed at this hotel before, this was the third time, and it was a bit disappointing; I’m not one to complain, but the first two visits were great, and it dropped to a level people usually don’t accept, especially if they’re staying with family.
