Location is not bad, pretty much close to the hbf. The room was clean enough for its price. The toilets are with horrible smell, no body soap or shampoo in the small toilet shower. The area is a bit hostile, as an Israelis we felt threatened as the people downstairs kept asking all kind of questions about our origin. The place is full of horrible cigarettes smell everywhere. The room was noisy from downstairs at every hour. Room is very small but that's what we paid for

Wahnsinnig kleiner Raum mit 1 Doppelbett & Waschtisch, mini kleinem Regal u kleinem Tisch, das wars :-(((( und dann 1 Nacht für 129,- € nur weil ein BVB Fussballspiel stattgefunden hat. 2 primitive WC im Flur. Der Preis teht garnicht im Verhältnis & das Zimmer Hotel Annis gar nicht empfehlenswert :-((). Das sehr kleine Zimmer war sauber und das Bett mit guter Bettwäsche war okay. Alles andere keinesfalls empfehlenswert, sieh e oben !!!

The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and I would definitely give them 5 stars. The room was only average, so I’d rate it 3 stars. The price is absolutely fair. The quiet location is especially pleasant, allowing for a good rest without disturbances. For a trip or a short stay, this hotel is definitely a solid choice. The bathroom and toilet were very small and not particularly pleasant.

My two‑night stay was in an excellent hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, yet it’s close to the metro and the city center. Huge thanks to the kind Annis who was very helpful and could point you in the right direction for anything you need. I will definitely come back.
