Maruthi Residency sits in a great spot and offers simple, comfortable lodging. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the room lacks natural light.

The stay was awesome and the places around are nearby, especially Rockbeach which is very close to the property. If a kitchen were available, it would be great for cooking homemade food for kids, and the room should include a kettle and tea bags.

A new manager has taken over, the air‑conditioners were changed this week along with the Wi‑Fi, and the street is quiet. The lighting feels a bit cold.
