The place is in a great spot and the room looks lovely, with a newly renovated bathroom and a nice pool. The welcome was warm, and the manager was very available. The surroundings were clean and pleasant, though the parking space was a bit small.

The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, and having a garage for parking was fantastic. The little pool was quite enjoyable, especially with the warm September weather we experienced. The breakfast was lovely and full of love. However, if you bring bikes, you can’t leave them in the garage because of theft concerns; you have to take them inside, which is a bit awkward since the entrance staircase is steep and the hallway inside is narrow. Still, the hosts kindly allowed us to park our bikes inside the building. The location is near the university, not right in the city center, but a few tram stops away from the main sights.

The B&B is just 200 m from the tram stop, making it super convenient for getting around Bordeaux. The ground‑floor room is fantastic, with a small living area and a direct view of the garden/pool; each morning we would step out and find our table set up with everything we needed, and Belen was ready to prepare anything special. And let’s not forget the private parking spot—an absolute convenience. Plus, right next to the tram stop is a handy Carrefour for quick groceries.

The location is great, and the pool is perfect for hot days. Breakfast was very good, and the hostess was friendly. The shower tray in the upper room needs renovation.
