The room was lovely, complete with towels, a kettle, and a fridge—everything you could need. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the place is just a stone’s throw from shops and the airport.

The price is very reasonable and the location is good.

The location was great for my overnight stop in Solihull, and local buses made getting around easy. The room was more than adequate for a quick night’s rest. The only issue was that the hot water took a long time to reach the taps.

Chris was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a large front room with a bay window and a fan, which was necessary because the weather was hot. Breakfast was offered in the room, either as a mini or full service. Shops, takeaways, and a good restaurant lie across the road—very convenient. The shower worked fine. I did not enjoy the jam, ham, or sausage among the many breakfast options, and even with the fan the room stayed hot—blame the weather. The house sits at the corner of two roads, so I had to reverse carefully to leave enough space for two other cars.
