The property is clean and comfortable overall. I told reception that, because this trip is for work, I needed an invoice for reimbursement, but they refused to give one even though I paid. I tried contacting Atria and another company, but after several attempts I still haven’t received an invoice from either Atria or the other company. It’s frustrating because it feels like both Atria and the other company are pointing at each other and ultimately no solution.

The location was good, but the room felt a bit small.

Atria hotel offers a shuttle bus to SMS mall, which was great.

The hotel is within walking distance of SMS and has plenty of restaurants nearby. The standard facilities were fine, but the bathroom drainage smelled bad and made my stay uncomfortable. This was my second time staying at both Atria Residence and Atria Hotel, and both had the same issue. The spa massage was also very standard.
