We enjoyed a memorable stay at The Parisian Macao, with a beautiful setting, great facilities, and comfortable rooms. The staff’s outstanding service—especially Alice He, Mark Pun, Ken Rong, Tekuki Yu, and Seven—made everything run smoothly, from check‑in to travel queries and restaurant suggestions, even arranging transport to Hong Kong. Tekuki helped with dining and transport on the last day, while Seven escorted us to the bus stop and managed our luggage, waving goodbye until we left. These small acts left a lasting impression and made traveling with my mother easier and more enjoyable. We had no major issues, and the only suggestion is to keep up the high service standards through continued training and support. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, but it’s the staff’s patience, thoughtfulness, and genuine care that truly make a stay unforgettable, and we hope this culture endures.

The location on the Cotai strip is great, the facilities are amazing, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is brilliant, and I want to return! Nothing to complain about.
