I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely polite staff who went out of their way to assist me. However, I felt that the room could use some improvements, such as the addition of an ironboard and hair dryer, and the heater didn't provide hot water. The room size was also a bit cramped. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with some areas for improvement.
