The front‑desk guy was very sweet. The location felt more like a hostel, the beds were too hard, there was no space for suitcases, and the door to the room was broken.

It was clean and the bath was spacious. No particular issues.

The location is good. The hallway had a strange smell, and you need to be aware that breakfast is served at a café where you can only choose bread with butter, egg salad, eggs or bean spread, and a drink.

I had a nice experience. The hotel offers great value for money and an excellent location for exploring the city. The staff were very polite, and having shared washing machines and microwaves available was really useful. Recommended for a practical stay in Kyoto. The only point for improvement would be the cleanliness, which could be a bit better

The hotel sits in a nice spot and the rooms are fairly large. Everything was clean and all the necessary items were provided. There’s a small on‑site laundry. In the room we had three separate full‑size beds, and when we asked for a second key card they gave it to us without any trouble. A Seven‑Eleven and a Family Market are close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
